BC United introduces Sue Knott as Candidate for Chilliwack-Cultus Lake

CHILLIWACK, B.C. – BC United proudly announces Sue Attrill Knott as its candidate for the Chilliwack-Cultus Lake riding in the upcoming provincial election. As a former city councillor in Chilliwack for 14 years, Knott currently serves as the Executive Director of the Chilliwack Hospice Society. With a distinguished career spanning four decades and a profound commitment to community service, Knott brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership to the forefront of BC United’s vision.

Knott’s journey through the business world began at the BC Telephone Company, where she rose to the position of Senior Manager before her retirement in 2004. Her seamless transition led her to become the CEO of the Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce, where she navigated the organization through several prosperous years.

“Sue Knott’s extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, and her unwavering dedication to community service, makes her the ideal candidate for Chilliwack-Cultus Lake,” said BC United Leader Kevin Falcon. “Her leadership in both the public and private sector represents exactly the skill set BC United seeks. Together, we will tackle the affordability crisis, fix our crumbling health-care system, and restore public safety in B.C.”
